Cancun changes quickly. If a page is wrong or out of date, send the page address, the detail that needs attention and any source that supports the update.

   Use the correction link on a place page or contact us. Business owners can also claim their listing and provide verified updates.

2. 2. We check it

   We compare the report with official sources, the venue, reliable public records or other dated evidence. A request is not treated as fact merely because it was submitted.

3. 3. We update supported facts

   When the evidence supports a change, we correct the affected information and update its review record where that tracking is available.

4. 4. Editorial conclusions stay independent

   Payment, ownership or commercial pressure cannot remove a supported negative fact or buy a more favorable editorial conclusion.
