Welcome to Cancun Compass. By using cancuncompass.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What we do
Cancun Compass is a free travel planning platform. We help you discover, compare and reach local businesses in Cancun, Tulum and the Riviera Maya. We are not the operator of the tours, hotels or restaurants shown on the site. Your booking contract, when you make one, is with the provider directly.
Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- Keep your login credentials secure — you are responsible for activity on your account.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.
Content & conduct
- You retain ownership of trips, notes and reviews you post.
- You grant us a licence to display and share this content on Cancun Compass.
- Don't post illegal, hateful, deceptive or spammy content.
- Don't scrape or attempt to disrupt the service.
Bookings
When you book a tour or contact a hotel through Cancun Compass, the transaction is between you and the provider. Cancellation, refund and change rules are set by the provider — please read them before confirming.
Third-party content
Prices, availability, opening hours and photos come from providers, partners and public sources. We work to keep them accurate but cannot guarantee they are always up to date. Confirm important details with the provider before you travel.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We do our best but we don't warrant the site will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Cancun Compass is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or any booking made through it.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
