We walk you through the police report, the embassy or consulate visit, and the airline conversation so you can get home.
Theft and scams
Robbed, overcharged or scammed? We help you file the report, cancel cards, and deal with the rental agency, hotel or tour operator.

Missed flights, cancelled transfers, lost luggage, a hotel that cannot find your booking. We get on the phone in Spanish and sort it.
